Invitation Letter & Visa

Many of the attendees will arrive from abroad, and WC 2020’s goal is to make your entire experience as hassle-free and rewarding as possible.
The following is for you to prepare your trip to Korea. To register, please go to the online registration system.

Invitation

Should you need an invitation letter, please contact the secretariat at wc2020@wc2020.org. Invitation letter is not commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support.

Korea Visas

Foreign nationals entering Korea to attend WC 2020 are required to have a valid passport and a Korea visa assigned by an overseas branch of the Korean embassy or consular offices.

However, many are now permitted visa-free for a limited period under certain conditions following the "Citizens of the Countries under the Visa Exemption Agreement.” Any visitor from a country that has no diplomatic relations or special visa exemption with Korea should obtain an entry visa before coming to Korea. If you are uncertain as to the requirements for entry visas to the Republic of Korea, please contact the Korean Embassy or consulate nearest you as soon as possible.
