Abstract Submission

WC2020 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. All abstracts must be submitted online via the “Online Submission System.”

Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.

  • Step 4Receive the confirmation of the submission

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • -All abstracts should be submitted online.
  • -Abstract must be written in English.
Session Type
  • -Invited session, Contributed session, Poster session
Topic
  • -The topic will be shown only for the invited session.
  • -The submitter of the contributed or poster session does not have to choose a topic.
  • -If you wish to organize a contributed session with four speakers, then please ask each of them to submit a contributed talk by mentioning "Session Title" and "Your Name" in Abstract. We will try to accommodate a session with the four talks together.
Title
  • -The title must be entered clearly.
Author Information
  • -Type of author: check type for each author (presenter, co-author)
  • -Name: Write first and last name in full
  • -Affiliation: Department, Institution, Country
Abstract Body
  • -Limited to 400 words.
Keywords
  • -No more than 4 keywords in which the first word begins with a capital letter.

Before you click the “submit” button, please review the following information.

  • -No additional proofreading or corrections will be allowed after the submission deadline. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
  • -Approval for your submission will be sent to the email address provided by you. If you do not receive the confirmation email, that means your abstract has not been successfully submitted. If you are sure that it has been submitted, make sure you sent it to the correct email address.
  • -The e-mail you provided us will be used to notify you of the acceptance and to send you updated information. If you have any inquiries, please contact the secretariat at wc2020@wc2020.org.

Notification of Acceptance

  • -The acceptance notice will be emailed to the presenter.
  • -The presenter must complete the registration (full payment) of the conference.

Abstract Withdrawal

  • -If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
  • -If you have to withdraw an abstract, please notify the secretariat (wc2020@wc2020.org) in email as soon as possible.
