Registration Procedure

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers the following for each registered participant: admission to all talks, one conference bag (including program booklet) and coffee breaks.

To obtain a lower registration rate, you may become a joint member of the BS-IMS or join the Bernoulli Society or IMS.

Payment Method

1. Online Credit Card

  • -Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
  • -The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
  • -All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.
  • -The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rat

2. Wire Transfer

  • -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
  • -A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (wc2020@wc2020.org)
  • -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

  • -An official receipt will be issued on-site upon completion of registration and payment.
  • -Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
  • -If you have not received the receipt on-site for obvious reasons, please contact the Secretariat (wc2020@wc2020.org) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • -Written requests for cancellation should be sent by e-mail (wc2020@wc2020.org).
  • -All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
  • -Refunds will be made after the end of the meeting.
  • *Cancellation by TBA: 70% refund
  • *Cancellation from TBA: No refund
